MBI (Wales) Limited is based at Group headquarters in Newport, South Wales, UK.

From our 6000 sq.ft. site we manufacture all our specialist silicone elastomer formulations
and have dedicated materials research laboratories.

We have customer training facilities on site comprising of a teaching suite and a teaching
laboratory which is equipped with the same facilities as would be be installed in a maxillofacial
clinic unit.  

We also have a fully equipped patient clinic room with a 3D scanner for Surface topography
image capture.  This data can then be manipulated and used to produce, for example, rapid
prototyped parts and models where needed.

In addition to the thermoplastic processing capabilities of Principality Medical Limited, also based
and operating from the same site, we have silicone injection moulding and a clean room facility.

Injection moulding of low-run custom formulated silicones is a highly specialised capability.
