We have been certified to a registered Quality Management system for nearly
twenty five years and our current ISO9001 and ISO13485 registrations are audited by SGS.  

Our environmental management procedures comply with the requirements of ISO14001
and we are looking forward to being certified to this standard in the near future.  

All our health and safety procedures comply with the requirements of OHSAS 18001 and our
Human Resource procedures are invigilated by external consultants.  

All company management systems are centrally computerized and coordinated to provide
complete audit trail compliance.

All product leaving our facility is lot numbered and fully traceable back through the
manufacturing process, allowing the drill down of information such as processing parameters
used, operators involved in production, inspection criteria used and raw material batch
numbers and suppliers.

Our impact on our environment is a key driving force behind continual improvement – both
internally as regards staff training, welfare and the work environment and externally with
regard to commitment to waste recycling and consumable resource management.  One
illustration of this philosophy is the recent installation of a closed loop chilled water system
for cooling of machine hydraulics and tooling rather than the increased use of mains water
for these purposes.

Our commitment to safe working practices ensures that all processes are appropriately
inspected and  risk assessed and that all staff are properly trained and equipped to minimize
risk, thus ensuring the highest levels of supply and quality assurance to our customers.
