where requested by the customer, through tooling design and production to manufacturing
and ongoing customer support.

Much of the work we undertake involves not only moulding but many other value added
processes such as drilling/tapping, product assembly, printing and packing.  Where
components may require out-of-house processing we can manage this supply chain for our
customers if requested.

We can accept a wide range of CAD file formats and offer rapid prototyping services and
production tooling in a range of materials suitable for low volume proof-of-concept trials up
to full scale high volume production runs.  All mould tooling maintenance is undertaken in-house
thus ensuring that customers’ tooling is kept in good condition and producing consistent quality
mouldings over the long term.

We process a diverse range of materials and have, where necessary, created blends of polymers
and additives to meet the exacting specifications required by our customers’ requirements -
for example:

- PTFE loaded blends of polycarbonates to ensure moving components easily slip past
  each other without creating abrasion particles, and
- Equivalent-performance RF shielded mouldings produced straight out of the mould
  tool without the need for secondary post-processing to apply a metal film coating

We also have considerable experience of medical bag manufacture for such products as
colostomy and urostomy devices utilizing processes such as RF and heat welding of moulded
parts and medical films.
